Step 1: Take a few moments to gather the items necessary to complete the information needed by your counselor (estimates are fine to start if you don't have all your information):
- Information about your income
- Information about your living expenses (rent or mortgage payment, food, utilities, car expenses, etc.)
- Information about the debts you owe (credit card statements, loan payments, etc.)
Step 2: Just click on the "Start Now" button ABOVE under new customers.
Step 3: When finished, we will email you an acknowledgement of the receipt of your information.
Step 4: One of our certified consumer credit counselors will review your information. You and your counselor will work together to determine the best course of action for you.
