Step 2 Pay $50.00 FEE for the session (if your attorney hasn't already). To process your payment online, CLICK HERE.
Step 3 The couselor will start the counseling
session, when you schedule your appointment.
The session will last 60-90 minutes, as required under the new bankruptcy law. If you complete the budget online your session time will be reduced. A certificate of completion will be issued once the session is completed. If you are filing jointly both filers need to be counseled at the same time.
