The Credit Counseling Center is a Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) approved agency in the Comprehensive Homeownership Initiative. Credit Counseling Center offers mortgage Loss Mitigation assistance in conjunction with the National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling Program (NFMC). CCC is a HUD approved housing counseling agency.
Program Mission:
Through professional counseling families will review the advantages of homeownership, budget planning and credit repair, loan comparison report, homeowners assessment tool and review. We will discuss qualifying for a mortgage, fair housing issues, beginning of the purchase process, and the role of the realtor.
